Most insane or mentally incompetent are very hard to see or quantify. Many people are having a hard time adapting to the new economy. It is not the welfare system breaking us, it is the tax cuts for the rich and defense expenditures. I never worry if someone is going to beat me out of a dollar. I can see that all most of the poor need is a helping hand the pubs keep preventing the needed programs. Like free pre school, and help for people to get and education. I do not subscribe to spare the rod and spoil the child bullshit.
