Bob, were was the volume last week? Had an order in all most every day, if not every day and it was not filled. That was last week. This week anything can happen but there were not a lot of eager sellers last week, @ $6 5/8. That's not the same as saying XOMA won't drop, but looking at $6 to $8, and given the lack of eager sellers to date I think it can close the year nearer to $8 than to $6.

BTW Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corp are merging. This brings great biotech analyst within reah of XOMA. While XOMA is a minor client part of the merger process is assuring clients the new entity intends to serve clients of the merged bank well.

I expect that during 1998 Xoma will be covered by the banks analyst. What they say about XOMA is yet to be determined.
