Hi EKS,

"These companies operate NG gathering and processing facilities own pipeline and storge assets and are benefiting from the growth of the U.S. domestic shale wells."

I've always been curious on the payment method to these MLPs from the producers. As an example doesn't EPD receive some of their fees in a percentage of product as opposed to a cash payment? And if so, how is the plunging price of ethane(and ngl's) factored into the bottomline? Just thinking out loud.(also thought I read an article where this would effect Oneok in particular)

I'm looking at TRN again and saw an article on KEX...I did note in BBEP's presentation mention of a barge shortage and unable to move product, basically stranded in storage tanks.
