But again, I think you guys are glossing over my central point. Regardless of the causes for the inflation that is happening, the point is that INFLATION IS HAPPENING.... Inflation is happening in housing, with is both unfortunate and fortunate. Energy? Parts are up, parts are down, a good thing. Food? Climate change? We've had some wacky weather, and that's going to hit prices. Medical care? That's political. But the rest of the stuff... not many things are going up. Many things are going down. And hardly anything is tied to interest rates. Except real estate, which will be moderated by higher interest rates.
