As of Friday afternoon, I called Farallon about an hour after their filing, they still owned 3.4. I'm sure that includes warrents, I think it is a combination of Lgndw and Lgnd(I didn't ask).It is hard to tell exactly how much ALri they owned without going back to past filings. Also, I suspect they are still short against the box on a bunch of the 3.4. Otherwise , who are all those shorts????? I'm not sure why one would want to cover, although the tax benefits might have changed, as I haven't shorted in years??? I'll check if they can be forced to cover, I don't know enough about that.
