No. As far as that goes, before they were at war with the USSR, they allied with them to divide up eastern Europe. Communist countries have gone to war or come close to it a number of times. Consider the war between China and Vietnam and the Sino-Soviet conflict that came close to thermonuclear war.

the nazis were NATIONAL socialists, that means their country. they didn't like russia. Russia and China both had troops at each others borders. Just because both were socialist doesn't mean they liked each other.
