longnshort,
The teachers union is gonna march for trayvon, lolololol what, what do teachers have to do with trayvon.
If I were trayvon, under the Florida's laws of "right to carry," and "stand your ground," and an individual following me in the dead of night, would have packed iron, turned around kill the follower, especially if the conditions were as we have heard the details. It would have been your word of self-defense vs a dead person who had been stalking me in the dead of night. Plus the stalker would have violated the instructions of the police by getting out of the car. Then, we would have a good criminal attorney to defend me if necessary.

longnshort and Kenneth, explain to me how the above logic is inaccurate!! The Florida Prosecutor would have the burden of proof. They have to prove to a jury that I violated current Florida's laws and the convict me without "a reasonable doubt." The burden of proof would be on the part of the State of Florida that I acted otherwise. But, there would be no other witnesses other than what the discussion was between the dispatcher and the stalker who told the stalker not to get out of their car.
