Sorry, but you are wrong. The low Price-to-Book is part of the screen. I have the AAII screen on my computer.

The idea of the Piotroski score is to find cheap stocks (as per Price/Book) that are unlikely to go bankrupt and in fact show signs of improvement. It's basically a filter for turnaround stocks.

Screening for stocks with a high Piotroski score only, which has no value based criteria whatsever is an interely different thing and unlikely to be successfull. It would be nice to hve a screener where I could combine value metrics with screening for certain minimum Piotroski score.

I did find a tool that could give me the Piotroski score just by itself (better than nothing). FWIW, in 2004, this board had an extensive discussion on Piotroski screens.
