Obama has not shown me yet he knows what to do in real estate.

So I would rather leave what we have in place than risk giving the private sector one more program they can fleece us with. The new rules are very tough. Too tough IMO, and they are fleecing the middle class right now.

Obama's plan to spread the risk on housing loans via insurance on the same (which would still leave the government on the hook for some of the loan not covered by the insurance) sounds, off the top, like a fair compromise to me.

Again the devil is in the details.
