Julian,

MU has a market cap of $5.4 billion because of the semi business, not because they own 60-odd percent of MUEI. I mean we know what MUEI is worth ... $11 ... they own 60.9 million shares which translates into a value of $3.17 per MU share. If you think the MUEI is worth more than that then why isn't it trading higher than $11? It's simple, take it out and then you can look at the semi business on a standalone basis. The market, in its wisdom, says this is worth $22.33 per MU share or approx. $4.7 billion. Just seems kinda steep to me.

'MU........... hard rains a gonna fall'
