Farallon told me after filing they still had 3.4, which would mean they were still short on original warrents. If they cover they have to exercise the warrents, they are exercisable at anytime. I'll check other info, why don't you call Ligand and ask if any warrents have been exercised. Of course, they could buy on open market, but some of shorts were done in the 12-15 range sooooooo that is a scary thought.
