Sergio,

I am glad to hear your change of heart. As for SLW's debt obligations and dividend policy, I am not too worried about the debt load at this time and we shall see how long they pledge the 20% of revenues in dividends. Since they do not have any mine buildout, operational expenses and very few employees they are a cash generating machine.

I really like their model especially if silver and gold returns to the uptrend I anticipate SLW to outperform the rest of the portfolio.

In that case could you delete your "Recommendation" in the SLW post that appears in the board's header?
