Points well taken. I was referring more to rentals today where it already is happening in a major way and also the longer term trends of technology on educating both buyers and sellers like never before. Most important to have a tight contract with the major points understood by both sides and reasonable people of good character on both sides of the transaction. Without all that better not to even enter into the transaction with the hope the realtor can keep it together..
