TTM payout ratio is 54%. Board goal will move that up to 65-70% over the next few years. Over the past year dividend increases/announcements represent a 27% increase.

I bought WEC in December and added to the position twice in January - total return to date is 15%. I am delighted with this overweight position and looke forward to dividend increases that will raise the payout ratio toward the goal.
