I'm talking about his disregarding the law and the constitution. He ignored the War Powers Act in waging war against Gaddafy, thus setting a new precedent for future Presidents. He has illegally suspended enforcement of Obamacare's employer mandate for a year. His EPA is enacting regulations that will shut down the coal power industry. Obama deserves to be impeached for these illegal and unconstituional actions.
