What do the following #'s separated by commas mean?

Next Window: MACD 5,39,13

Next Window: 21,8,8 Stochastic

A few posts back, someone included only two numbers separated by commas in his stockastic reference. You used three numbers (i.e., 21,8,8)? What is the difference?

Thanks,

I2
