On the "swiss issue" I remember that a couple of years ago that their was a swiss company that owned an earlier placement of restricted stock and warrents for some reason I can not now recall. I am going to have to go back into my reserve of Jmar press releases to find the information. But, only about 2 years ago they exercised some of their warrents that they had and converted them into stock. This leads me to believe that these are the same people who once again Jmar has sought out for this placement.

If I remember correctly they exercised the warrents that they had because they had reached their strike price, and had a profit. This could all be wrong because I do not have the information in front of me, and won't be able to get it for another couple of days. I believe though that the swiss complany is listed in the 1994 annual report.

Hope that this helps with the "swiss mystery".
