The only difference is education (in and out of the home) and we know we can remedy that with early childhood development programs. We have known that for decades and there has been a ton of research on it. << Are you kidding? What is the difference in a welfare kid? They are just kids. That is what we should be trying to find out. If there is a statistical difference between in the ability of welfare kids and non-welfare kids in their ability to learn, and then if there is, what, if anything, can remedy this difference.
