Yes, and the web is also full of lies, misinformation and scams.

In principle, anyway, these exchanges will be user friendly, secure, and reliable.

I think to be on the exchange, the insurer has to meet certain standards, such as 80% of customer premiums going to care, etc. So, you have more of an idea of what's being offered. Some insurers have opted out of being listed on the exchanges.
