Bob, those are good points as well.

I don't for a moment think that INTC is "down and out". They are too strong for now and the foreseeable future to not do well.

I forgot to mention in my last post, the analyst 12 month target prices run all the way from 16 to 30 with the consensus at 23.69, so take your pick of the one you like!LOL
