Hey, CA is an example of the free markets at work.

And lets not hear too much griping.....between your tornadoes and floods, you all aren't a walk in the park.

So, not only are we going to have to bail them out financially, they're going to be wanting to tap our water supply.

Can F*ing California just not take care of itself at all?
