And "wall street beware", would in such cases mean that funds would be much less available for unionized companies, or they would be available only at a higher interest rate to pay for the political risks of the unions getting favored treatment even when the law doesn't call for it.

Less funds or more expensive funds for unionized companies would give non-unionized companies and advantage, giving unions a disadvantage, helping to shrink and weaken unions over time.

So perhaps you should rethink your support for ignoring the law and giving unions a senior position even when the contracts and law relevant to the situation don't call for it; at least assuming I'm correct and that you support unions and unionization.
