Daniel, First of all, I could put an order with decent connection just now. It did show error to refresh oder stat. once and hung there for 3+mins each time, but big improvement for a change in 1 1/2 months. Thanks Johnson if you worked on this over weekend. Thanks the same if somebody else worked on it. Wish you guys best luck! ps: It's not there yet. I want the old service like I used to get: ei, Take less than 2 mins to complete order and phone rings for execution 1 min later. That's service I used to love! re: low fee, I know it's cheap but that's useless when AMTD has slow connection and bad service. I don't think I will keep my accounts there too long unless I see real improvement soon. re: stock price, I also think it's rich, but I don't follow AMTR stock movement closely enough to make a fair comment. Poor customer service, untrained agents, poor connection are not good sign for any stock at any price. I thought about shorting it, though. regards, BPP

Daniel, Did I say everything is ok with AMTD? Sorry I said that. I've been working on 2 orders for the past 22 mins. So I called AMTR as usual. Sandy's system even didn't have system showing my put symbols on her screen. She transfered to Frank, Frank transfered to Mike - I was on hold for 7 mins. Mike Larson has to charge me "phone order fees". So he transfered to somebody who has power to waive the fee. I've been on hold for the past 9 mins. Market will close in 3 mins. "All of agents are busy, leave message, otherwise continue to hold." I rest my case!!! Market just closed. This is Bull S**T service! "Thank you for calling. Your business is important to us........" I just hung it up after 50+ mins' wild goose chase for nothing! BPP(Bipin's partner)
