On the stock not being cheap enough, its current P/FCF is 12.8x - not expensive versus its 10 year measure (16x+ I think?) Maybe indicative of a perception that it is now one of those mature stage, low growth tech stocks like Cisco, MSFT (and even AAPL?!) that generate more cash than they need as they can no longer reinvest at c. 25% annual growth rates.
