CPT Kirk,

This is Scotty down in engineering. WE NEED MORE BANDWIDTH !

Connecting a 300Mhz PII to the internet through a 56k modem is like taking the carburetor off my lawnmower and putting it on my 400+HP 'vette. The carb is wide open and the 'vette is merely idling.

Consumers, and corps. have all the horsepower they need right now. Until we get the bandwidth to use the power we've already got, we're not gonna buy any more high end stuff. Witness the rise of the sub $1k box.

ASND is a BIG part of the solution to the bandwidth problem. Co's will throw $$
at ASND and other networkers in '98. ASND will meet or beat earnings est. going forward as the 56k problems that caused the warning are over, and a standard is expected in Jan. I don't see any roadblocks that would cause ASND to not be able to get back on its feet. When it does $40-50 should not be a problem.

Regards,

Lee

>>>And how have the fundamentals (for asnd) changed from 1 1/2 weeks ago? It is still trading on speculation. 30 is offering resistance.<<<

How have the fundamentals changed?? I have to wonder if you truly follow the stock at all, other than the ticker. Enlighten me on how you come to the conclusion that ASND is traded on speculation for lack of anything else...have you conducted a poll?
