HLF.

Icahn thinks it's a solid investment, and he bought it before the AAPL.

Icahn is not a trader. He takes positions for quite awhile. Consider Motorola, Biogen and Biogen Idec, Netflix, Nuance, and many others. He owns about 75% of IEP, although

finance.yahoo.com

shows he has 87%.

He files a report when his position exceeds 5%, and all funds >$100 million file quarterly by 45 days after the quarter. August 14 is 45 days. Nothing unusual about reporting on the 13th, except he did so for AAPL by Twitter, and he spoke to Tim Cook a couple of times.

The unusual thing was that Steve Dowling put the call through.
