Re Icahn&AAPL - if he got one Billion$ in AAPL, that would be a 0.25% position. Not exactly something that puts a lot of pressure on management to do something.

I think this is a trading position for Icahn and he will sell out quickly on the pop. His stake is so small, that he would not even have to file; so the fact that he make it public, makes his intentions clear to me.

Watch what he does, not what he says. I'd love him to do something with TPCA, where he owns 66% and actually can do something. But my observations is, that if Icahn want's to do something, he is not going to talk about it first.
