Really? I mean really? You don't get it?

Intellectual protection for next twenty years. The newer formulation is purer and patentable. I imagine it is worth the wait if it increases the value of the company for the end game. Don't you?

Patent on new formulation was in June. Then there is the manufacturing process, i.e. coming up with the equipment, proving its safe to make, making three identical runs, write a report and turn in to the FDA

Invent a drug
Write a application to the FDA
Take a drug through the FDA process
Run a company
Whack off and run your mouth
