Mimbari please see below from a couple of days ago. You're very quiet on this topic, but yet very confident in other areas. What are the pros and cons of this new deal? I look forward to your thoughts. Mimbari why don't you share your views on the new financing deal with Alpha Capital Anstalt. There are some very striking differences between this deal and the Lincoln Park Capital deal.
