Dear Terry , If that happens ! It will be a tremendous boost to GTL ! Do you know how expensive it is to ship gas under pressure ? vs bunker ? Its about 200% higher in some instances ! The FPSO will be a barge based plant, not a tanker and yes it will work ! I am excited as hell. It is very viable and I have seen a desalination plants being built on a barge. Also did you note the increase of ONGC production ? 360 BBl, so the old no of 180 bbl is thrown out? 380 bbl x $22-25 @23 = 8740 pd x 30 x 12 = 3.146 mil USD per annum for ONGC. ;-) Joe
