Mimbari, Peter can't answer the question below because it was directed to you and what your views are. I would still like to know your thoughts about it. As a serious PVCT investor it would be almost impossible to care about the science side and not the business side. Mimbari why don't you share your views on the new financing deal with Alpha Capital Anstalt. There are some very striking differences between this deal and the Lincoln Park Capital deal.
