And we need more mental facilities and the ability to keep the really crazy people in them, so they don't get mixed up with the folks who really can care for themselves.

My relative was told at one point that if she had another OD, they would commit her to a mental institution. The threat has been a most remarkable cure for what had been a reoccurring problem when she wasn't getting things she wanted.
