I've thrown out enough disclaimers in the past that I would hope it could never be an issue but you never know how a person on the other end of the screen is reading into what you've written. It's not always easy to judge the intentions of black and white words. Also, when typing on the thread, it's much easier to say "if you do this, there is possibility x", versus "this isn't advice and should you choose to do this, you might end up with possibility x". I certainly hope we don't have to worry about this type of wording on a public thread where anyone can post their thoughts and ideas. Concepts and strategy possibilities are being placed here. I don't think we ever say "I'm buying this, I think you should, too"....at least I've never done that! EDIT - even on the Full Disclosure thread, just because someone posts a buy, sell, short or cover shouldn't imply that its advice for others to follow!!
