John- My GUESS is that while working for the SEC, he may have been in part responsible for putting some skumball behind bars and someone may be taking out their revenge in this sadistic manner. Again, this is only speculation, but I've found absolutely no facts to support the ugly claims made in the past, hence the reason why I absolutely refuse to sell this stock and continue to buy more. The fundamentals will eventually win, and as you know, the fundamentals are improving dramatically. I'm still thinking we may get a mini short squeeze today... The shorts knew it was coming and expected it to damage the stock. Being that it is not working out as they planned, I suspect that they may scramble to cover their shorts... it only seems logical. If I were a short, I certainly would... especially in the face of a conference call which I expect to be very positive By the way, I picked up a little more in my IRA at 2 5/8 this morning.
