16bit, Osage (OEDV) -- great sleuthing. Maybe (hopefully) we will be seeing a redeemable convertible PIK preferred stock financing announced in the next couple of months. By that point they should have production up pretty high and the $5M influx of capital from the raise should be enough to convince Apollo to lower the minimum production covenants.
