Len, been thinking INDV over...IMHO it's under accumulation ["shuffling"], thing is to WHOM? Below taken from Edgar, although can't access, I'm "reading between the lines". 9/11 - S-3 filed w/SEC [insider selling] 11/12-14 - 5 13D + 1 13D/A filed w/SEC [majority owners] 11/14 - 8K filed w/SEC ["UNSCHEDULED" material events] Approaching 90 days since S-3 filing -- stochastics confirming action, waiting for BUY signal, other indicators "leveling out", bollingers tightening, watching BID/ASK spread. Will check-out NVXE. PS - THX for the compliment, it's all in the math....
