Yes, that is significant statistic IMHO. Now the problem is finding out the reason for the same.

What is it you need to know? How many more facts will you need before you can conclude the obvious?


Sure, the obvious conclusion is that Blacks/Minorities graduate at a lesser rate. I wanted to see if there was any info out there as to the "why' of this or if you knew more about it.

I asked you a lot of questions about this because the suggestion of Garfield as an example of success in educating minorites originated with you as an example of something that was working.

If you consider that 60 or so percent graduation rate an acceptable solution I guess we can stop the debate because I consider it a failure in its present form. IMHO it needs a lot of tweaking.


I never said it was acceptable. I said its progress in the right direction.
