Ellen,
Not only are they not selling, but are trying to wrap up the financial aspect of the merger. As of this morning the money has not been received, so we continue to wait!! Once the money arrives there should be a press release but the money is not in RMIL's hands Yet.
Everyone needs to be patient and concentrate on getting those Certs.
