Dear Mark: Interesting post on trading. I agree its hard to have hard and fast rules. I think though that I need more steadiness emotionally so I dont get in and out of things I meant to hold long term (again if the fundamentals are strong).
My average price in nextel is about 25, slightly under. I hope that it will be a good longer term stock, that was why I bought it. But when a stock, even only some of the shares, drops below the purchase price, it is always disappointing since theoretically you could have sold and bought back cheaper. Rather exhausting though!
