IF the acquisition rumor is true, then the acquirer should or might have gone over the 5% threshhold on 12/4. IF the acquirer went over the 5% threshhold on 12/4, then an SEC filing is due circa 12/15 (Monday), 10 days later (can't file on Sunday). IF an SEC filing is due about 12/15 anyway, then the logical time for an announcement would be during Internet World, 12/10-11. Gary Korn P.S. The block trades come from Track On Line.
