Eric Sprott sat down with The Globe and Mail to answer some reader questions. He said he sees gold at $2,400 an ounce by next summer. He also predicted "nothing short of explosive gains in junior mining stocks," saying the market bottomed on June 28. That day gold dipped to an intraday low of $1,188. If he is right, this would be great news for Canadian explorers, especially those that have fallen into deep ruts this summer.
