That's probably the understatement of the year on this thread. Do you know of any reason why they would or are you just speculating? I can't see any reason why the same BOD would turn around less than a year later and rescind the poison pill, unless Schmidt, as chairman, has such influence over the GOB that he could sway them (no way in hell). He's one man against the world, as far as that goes.
