Yep.... the natural course of evolution has always been increased interdependence, including international regulation, laws, etc. It's interesting to me that the interdependence seems to have outpaced the formation of international government and institutions.... but it probably shouldn't be a surprise... it seems actual manifestation of rules and such follow need. Of course se need international standards to have "free" trade, or it makes no sense. DAK
