Intuits' position in E-commerce places the value of the company much higher than Microsofts offer, or the 2 Billion. After the offer by Microsoft the stock continued on up to a market cap of nearly 3.7 Billion.

I think you could right shorting short/term....but I would have waited a day or 2 after CNNfn brings up their site tomorrow....too many new eyeballs.

.....How many shares....a little over 41 Million. I would have checked that prior to shorting. We're still a mile away from all time high...in price or market cap....whatever measure you want to use.

But again you placed a 'hype short' and you should do ok.
