Maybe that is why you are so healthy and sharp today? Damage to your brain as well as risk of disease if you start in high school while your body still developing should not be overlooked. I also bet you do it in moderation? I have an uncle going to be 85 is still healthy but he is in the restaurant biz, still active but likes to drink hard liquor since his mid 20's but never overdoes it and drinks with meals several times a day. His doctor says he has the liver of a 30 year old which makes him a rarity. He is the same age as Mickey Mantle we knowhis story and how long the Mick has been deceased.
