JFK, that's the liberal guy who tried to ban Sammy Davis Jr and his white wife from the WH and who voted against the only civil rights bill he had a chance to vote on. JFK turned red when he saw Davis and his wife and ordered photographers not to take pictures of them. They obeyed him ... the press is always in liberals corner.

JFK federalized the Alabama Natl Guard. I don't think he threatened to take anyone out.

President Kennedy's endorsement of the CIvil Rights Act came in the third year of his Presidency, in response to events in Birmingham, Alabama and elsewhere. Until the protests, he had been reluctant to support Civil Rights for fear he would antagonize southern liberal Democrats in office as well as liberal Democrat voters.

Another important racist liberal Democrat was Bull Connor, who turned fire hoses and police dogs on peaceful civil rights demonstrators. Bull Connor was a Democratic National Committeeman from Alabama (one of only two).

Republicans like Martin Luther King led the movement to free African Americans from 90 years of Democratic party KKK terrorism, and the Jim Crow laws Democrat party racists put in place after the Civil War.

Funny how many history books have been changed to refer to Democrat segregationists as “Southerners” instead of Democrats to hide the role of that racist political party. You know; the one you support each election cycle. The KKK party…

How so many Americans can still support the party of the KKK, is a testament to the depth of historical manipulation, and the ignorance of the public, especially African Americans.
