Yes, we have spiders, but no more so than most parts of rural America.

I mention Arkansas as my favorite short term (long weekend or as much as a week) camping destination, because of the campgrounds AND the proximity. We live fifteen minutes away from the border of the two states. Missouri has plenty of nice state parks, but they just don't have the amenities.
