It was Atwater that TAUGHT (R)'s how they should think. Karl Rove was his pupil. It's no harder than training dogs - your run of the mill (R) doesn't have that much intellectually on a dog.

Well that makes sense. As bad as Atwater's thinking was, Rove sadly is a step down.
