Total 80s M share.

about 0.5%.

The message is that the company is pretty confident about the biz outlook.

When will AMAT do so ?

Brian,

Generally you are right on about the moves of KLAC & AMAT. Unfortunately for KLAC shareholders (a mere 60% of my ttl portfolio), the recent downward move has been much deeper than for others, AMAT included. Perhaps KLA is regaining some of the lost ground?

I would hate to think that the move is on the basis of an relatively insig. buyback announcement (IMO). Then again, how many people read past the headline?
