Aj, I have been taking it easy on the cortisone. Hopefully won't need another shot but I have to admit that I am impressed with it's ability to somehow produce or enable lasting relief in my shoulder. I am continuing to play a lot of tennis years after doctors told me that I had to have surgery. Physical therapy combined with a couple of cortisone shots has worked...at least for a few years so far.

The markets continue to be tough....I was buying into the gold/silver selloff this spring....we are getting a turn there but the jury is still out on that trade. Too many of my purchases were long term LEAPS on GDX & SLW which have yet to turn profitable.

I think I need to pay more attention to some of what you have shared over the years.........more timely trades, spend more time thinking about maintenance of principal.

Glad you are here, I will try to contribute.

Chris
